About Journey Fitness Coaching
Welcome to Journey Fitness Coaching.  You will soon learn how very different we are from any form of fitness you have tried before.  We have chosen to be a coaching center rather than a gym because we are only interested in helping people who want to invest in themselves.  We only want clients who are serious about results.  We don't want money from people for a membership that they don't use.  At Journey Fitness we listen to you about your goals and exercise history, we learn your medical history, if needed we will even involve your doctor in your program design so that we can deliver the safest and most effective programs for achieving your goals.  

Journey Fitness is a new kind of fitness. It is the kind you have been waiting for. The Phoenix is our symbol because we take you on a journey not only of fitness but of rejuvenation. We will have you looking and feeling younger than ever. At Journey Fitness your coach will be with you every step of the journey helping you overcome obstacles and holding you accountable to your goals.

The Phoenix:

The story of the Phoenix is about a journey. The Phoenix story tells of long life, rejuvenation and rebirth. At Journey Fitness Coaching we believe that is exactly what we offer. Science has proven that we live longer with proper nutrition and exercise. Many who have worked with us no longer experience some of the symptoms of aging such as low energy, lack of strength, elevated blood pressure, high cholesterol, or unstable blood sugar. At Journey Fitness Coaching, we want to be your guides on the journey of rejuvenation. 
FITNESS CHALLENGES

One thing that makes our fitness center unique is our monthly fitness challenges.  We want to be involved in your fitness in and outside of the fitness center.  We want to expose you to new activities and help you to achieve new fitness accomplishments so each month we find a new way to challenge our group.  We have walked and jogged the Susan Komen 5K together, we have kayaked together, we have done an obstacle course together and we continue to offer many more fitness challenges that allow us to strengthen our community and test our fitness.
